Stretch and MyoFascial Release Workshop


This workshop is a two part series.

Session One will focus on upper body: Shoulders, back and neck.

Session two will be lower body: hips, low back, calves, calves and feet.

Each session will begin with a full body warm up then specific point release and end with extended stretching.

The purchase price includes your bag of props. Each bag includes a foam roller, release ball set and Strap.

Muscle Stick available for additional $20.

This workshop is great for anyone experiencing muscle pain. Tight muscles limit you range of motion and your comfort. Overtime they can cause complication. Learn how these simple selfceare techniques can help you lead a more comfortable life.
